Eyetalk365 claims to own REVO patent rights.

According to you:

All that revo assigned WAS AN 'EXCLUSIVE LICENSING AGREEMENT'

But this is contradicted by what Eyetalk365 has filed in it's complaint to the court.

Here's what Eyetalk365 says:

Eyetalk is the assignee and owner of the right, title and interest in and to the ’644 Patent, including the right to assert all causes of action arising under the ’644 Patent and the right to any remedies for infringement

That is a clear statement, to the court, that ownership of REVO patent rights have been assigned to Eyetalk365.
