Have you seen the Sept jobs report? Look at p. 36 below link for Table B-8.

Wages were essentially flat, and why Fed sat on their hands, and then market rallied on that belief that Fed won't move until 2016. No SURGE, and why many here believe the markets may have nasty correction/bear as Fed is out of ammo!
