The court system for appeal... nooo, pure hell, a totally different league. Should this go there... ohh, a real crap shoot we have.
That's where the top guns do some real dirty work.

To sue Goodyear(rich) that would be another story with a good chance of prevailing and recouping a chunk of change, then on to the FAA.
FAA does not want this either as lots of info will surface when called to testify... and this gets real messy.

Their tips are in a ringer bout now(FAA) and they know it... that's why George and Mr. Smith go to Washington. Back room negotiation IMO has been taking place, trying to figure a palatable way out of this mess. So for now, the Mexican Standoff for us. Should be interesting how this plays out while everyone continues to suffer. Baltia is not saying anything for good reason... may have to go courtin and go loaded for bear.
