Not necessarily the thing is that it it not clear if they benefit from exercising all those warrants. They tried and here we are lose-lose for all, sometimes it is win-win to leave warrants unexercised. Funds are not stupid they will do the math and this is why they agreed to reduce pressure in the first place. I say they will not exercise all warrants. At least I wouldn't.
