Is there any evidence to suggest that the FAA has been anything other than professional in their handling of the Baltia case? There is speculation that Baltia "passed" the test and the hangup is at the FAA DC HQ but there is ZERO evidence that is true.

There is every reason to think that the FAA and its employees are treating Baltia fairly.
