IMO SLTA needs a NI43-101 and money would be better spent on that ($35 to $40K) than an appeal... GL didn't need a 43-101 to invest , but , other Corporate investors will ! Better to embarrass GL with complaints to the "Elite Group " in Italy .

BTW , No one knows what GL has up its sleeve with GL's IPO (if its imminent) with SLTA if anything.
