I agree with the previous poster's point about the problematic nature
of process tech comparisons based on single point benchmarks so
many levels removed from raw hardware.

I also have 30+ years of semiconductor experience and continue to
add to it each passing day.

I'd write more but I have to review and sign off a composite mask
set for 8 different test chips being taped out today.
