REVO is inactive. It does nothing.

Completely wrong. REVO is not back in court.

REVO directors transferred all activity, and assets, to an LLC (Eyetalk365) with no reporting obligations to REVO shareholders.

The REVO directors have simply abandoned their shareholders.

Their next step is to retain, for themselves, any revenues that may be generated through Eyetalk365.

Simple.
