That's been "in the works" since April......but

that was for the "alleged" TX corp, which ISBG has never been. (Psst, that was another historical false statement).

International Spirit and Beverage Group began as a private TX corp, but the public corp has never been a TX corp, as the PR below claimed. Good thing they quit quoting Terry. The private TX corp "merged in" with a NV corp, and they've since corrected that idiotic claim. It was after I pointed out the stupidity on several occasions.

You'll notice in the NV SOS link the "merge in" occurred nearly a month before the PR, so I wouldn't put much faith in whatever you're hearing.

HOUSTON, TX /ACCESSWIRE / April 21, 2015 / Terry Williams, CEO of Fima, Inc., a Texas Corporation, (ISBG) announced today that the company has retained Li and Company (LICO) to be the company's audit firm to audit fiscal years 2013 and 2014.

ISBG management will be working with Li and Company to bring the company's financial records to a current reporting status, a critical component necessary for the company to uplist to the NASDAQ-OTCQB.
