The O/S isn't maxed anymore. It was before the R/S. That is the main reason these shady companies do a R/S. If you read filings they tell you. Rinse repeat. They will put out a bunch of bullshit again so they can sell the 4.95 billion shares again.

Now at the same token I'm not saying you can't make money "trading" this pos, but if you were in for the R/S you are pretty screwed. Unless we get lucky with some crazy news that makes it run up to and over .10. I don't see that happening, but you never know. G'luck.
