If any possibility ever arises for someone to buy LUSI, it will almost definitely have a reverse split attached. It is rare not to see a r/s when a new company comes in. There are always exceptions, but highly unlikely.

No one knows what the books look like because no one can see them. Does LUSI have a 20k accumulated deficit or a 5 million dollar one due to that good ole honest Loflin "ceo?" You think that he didn't take a nice cushy bogus salary? wink
