For years now, they didn't have the money to pay a dividend. They didn't even have the money to ramp up Angel Star. That has changed completely now with $140M of free cash flow.
They must be seething, with the share price as depressed as it is. And there is a quick fix available now of course. But... they may very well decide to simply reinvest every dollar and not bother with a dividend. I don't know. So, I give it a 50% chance that we will see a dividend between now and 12 months from now. As for a spin-off or a listing somewhere in Shanghai, that's another 50% IMO. Either way, they will ramp up Angel Star now and the Hemp etc. That's a 95% certainty.
