GRCU PPS hit.04'S in March, 2014 timeframe on all types of garbage news from shareholders and non-shareholders alike! The company had not accomplished or announced any of it's business plan and the PPS skyrocketed on speculation only. The market is forward thinking so hence the "speculation". It has happened before and it will happen again! Management's best move is to have the milestones in place with provable DD before PR'ING it! Only then will credibility be maintained and future news/milestones believable.
