Dissolution Value given was $0.0175 per common share and $1.5368 per preferred share. That final value assumed that an additional $0.01 per common share would be enough to cover expenses and claims. So, it seems like $0.0175 may be coming to common shareholders. Could be less and could be a little more. Just an explanation as to why the shares jumped today.
