Nothing is definitive until it happens.
Precisely my point.
If they don't meet that specified price point by 2017....
I won't hold it against them.
After all,that's what they're striving towards....
Brings in additional funding,as the prospect sounds appealing....
If it's not attained,they can always say "we tried" or push the date further down the line....
Which would be in their best interest.
