Many Longs bought TECO stocks 3-5 years ago when TECO stock was in it's
heyday. If Brokers made arrangements with each other to not cover stock trades and used
outer space stocks as imaginary play, then NOW at this time the Brokers will not show their
hands. Brokers and others would sure like to see TECO totally disappear.

Very interesting SEC should pick-up on this.
