Why would you expect a profit? They are operating under a business strategy that shows them investing in the business especially r&d for new hydrogen infrastructure solutions to enter new markets (retail store systems and tru )
Their strategy doesn't have them making a profit until next year, but remember they have orders already for next years business.

They will have a record quarter and q4 could be profitable but not q 3
