I did not recall Brilacidin and the Polymedix pharmaceuticals being licensed. CTIX web site confirms a license agreement.

Any one know the terms of the license agreement?

"Licensed from the University of Pennsylvania, Brilacidin is the first of a completely new class of antibiotics called defensin-mimetics. "

What I recall is CTIX bought the patents and all rights to all of Polymedix's pharmaceuticals and the University of Pennsylvania was allowed to keep the small percentage [5%] of the rights which had been previously granted by PMX, but that is at least incomplete.

Licensing implies a time limited agreement with or without the ability to renew after a length of time.

Good luck, Farrell
