It's absurd to think full legalization, regulation, and taxation would not occur in the case of a Liberal win. It's front an center on their platform, NDP has also stated they would support such a move. This is no long a question of IF, it's a question of when and how such a bill will get drafted. Not owning any shares in CGC after a Liberal win of any kind is at that point silly. They are set up for such a scenario and have said time and time again they planned for the future.
