FWIW: There was an OTC biotech that R/S'd just under 2 weeks ago in preparation for an uplisting to Nasdaq.

Two things set this apart from most scam R/S's, the ratio was only 1-4 and they R/S'd both the O/S and also the A/S which was the game changer. R/Sing the A/S is very important because it gives credibility that management are not going to scam investors and immediately start to sell millions of shares and dilute the crap outta the stock and bring the pps back down to where it was before the R/S.

Day 1 R/S 1-4. PPS was 40cents so became $1.60
Day 5 hit $10 bucks
Yesterday closed above $9 bucks after dipping
