So there is a good possibility that Lynch is history. There is probably no better explanation for not announcing the finalization of the plant purchase and the release of the escrowed money. Corr would be foolish to announce the deal fell through and would be left on his own to plod ahead in small incremental steps which he appears to be doing. Still a good investment but with a much longer time line to full potential.
