He then sold the supposed GOLD property to his newly formed BVIG scam company and got more shares as the control person while Katx shareholders got shafted with shares of the new scam co(BVIG). This gave shareholders the luxury of holding shares in two scam companies owned by the same crook, Ken. Then he RS the whole bundle of shix. And we jump forward to today. He is still trying.
