If the data is so compelling you'd think the funding would be a non-issue. I can only conclude that any technical-savvy person who actually signed a NDA and then viewed the data has walked away.

The problem is getting a technical savvy person to look beyond the silly hype being used by Briscoe to promote Hay Mountain. I suspect that most tech-savvy potential investors looking at this would be turned off by the REE hype, Levelers, Mine-finders, and every other gimmick Briscoe has come up with.
