(we are near guys)..Thank you for your submission to the bankruptcy fraud hotline. This hotline is a tool for the public to report suspected bankruptcy fraud to the United States Trustee Program. If you are seeking to report bankruptcy fraud, please submit:

1) The name and address of the person or business you are reporting.

2) The name of the bankruptcy case, case number, and the location of where the case was filed.

3) Any identifying information you may have regarding the individual or the business.

4) A brief description of the alleged fraud, including how you became aware of the fraud and when the fraud took place. Please include all supporting documentation.

5) Identify the type of asset that was concealed and its estimated dollar value, or the amount of any unreported income, undervalued asset, or other omitted asset or claim.

6) Your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You are not required to identify yourself, though it is often helpful to do so if questions arise.

THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE PROGRAM WILL REVIEW ALL FRAUD REPORTS AND WILL TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION INCLUDING FORWARDING APPROPRIATE SUBMISSIONS TO THE PROPER LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES. IT IS U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE POLICY NOT TO DISCLOSE THE EXISTENCE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS, SO YOU SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO BE FURTHER CONTACTED.

Subject: FRAUD in BPZ Energy case

I am a shareholder from Peru. There is a conflict of interest in BPZ Energy case. Manuel Zuñiga is a good friend of Jorge Rivera (Zorritos and Upland) they planned fraud together (their fathers are friends also). They ran to organize auction and be the best chance. Then Linda Cook from Zedd Energy knows very well Mr. Zuñiga too. When she worked in Shell she offered $400 million for Block Z-1 and now they are paying $9 million STOP FRAUD! Zúñiga planned all he had possibility to sell shares month ago at $2 and pay debt. Now he is behind Zorritos/Upland business
