AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
Our board of directors and the holders of a majority of the voting power of our
shareholders have approved an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation, (the
"Amendment") to: (i) change the Company's name from StreamTrack, Inc. to Total
Sports Media, Inc., (ii) effect a 1-for 800 reverse split of the Company's
common stock and (iii) decrease the authorized number of shares of common stock
from an unlimited number to 40,000,000.
The Amendment, which will be substantially in the form of Appendix A hereto,
will be effective upon filing with the Secretary of State of the State of
Wyoming. The Company will file the Amendment approximately, but not less than,
20 days after the definitive information statement is mailed to stockholders.
