Those employees must be very motivated.
And/or very depressed.

Gotta wonder what the morale is like on a day to day basis.

Crappy morale can be contagious;
if your payroll was made with worthless shares in lieu of cash,
you are
1) ready to bail,
2) ready to close deals, or
3) continuing to hold (just like the shareholders / traders here)

Everyone would seem to have a vested interest in moving the company forward. It is encouraging to know everybody's interests are aligned!
