After carefully looking at the Q there are alot of questions:

1. Vista Ventures and Delaney are funneling money to themselves and to the company.

2. Delaney is conflicted here, not only is she involved with several public companies and putting in figure heads as talking heads BUT I think she might be deposed as well and also attorney client privilege has been broken.

3. Panama iphone is dumping stock through a panama corp that owns the majority of the company. No Form 4 has been filed and no disclosure as to whom owns the entity as it is the law to disclose in the Q

4. There accounting firm I believe is going to be brought in as well as to today its very strict and they should have asked for back-up and looked into this Panama situation

5. Why is all the majority dumping out of Panama

6. I believe that Robert Wilson has a major issue here and will eventually turncoat against the group

7.If you look at the PR several months ago they never mention the Prominent Development house whom they stated multiple time they signed with lets see how that one plays out. I would assume if they were so prominent they would have mentioned them at least once.

Lets see how this plays out settlement or Court doors I am curious and can't want to see the transcripts from deposition and discovery!!!
