$OPHC undervalued at these levels due to an error by NASDAQ
On Tuesday 10/13, the NASDAQ moved $OPHC to the OTC on accident, causing a big sell off. The PPS then tanked 50%.
The company investigated this once they noticed the PPS tanked and realized they were showing as an OTC company instead of a NASDAQ company. The company contacted the NASDAQ and they were able to correct it late yesterday.

The PPS is currently moving back up once the error was fixed late Wednesday.
PPS should rebound at least to the low $.80s IMO since it dropped from the low $.90s the same day there was an error in their listing status.
All of this is IMHO due to what I've found through my own DD.
