CHEYENNE, WYOMING - (October 16, 2015) - The directors and management of Formosa Liberty Corp. (OTC PINK: FLIB) announce the following:

On October 12, 2015 Formosa Liberty Corporation’s Certificate of Domestication was accepted by the Wyoming Secretary of State. As a result Formosa Liberty Corporation is now a Wyoming corporation.

On October 12, 2015 the Board of Directors approved Approved entering into an agreement to purchase the assets of Nanosave Technologies Inc.

On October 14, 2015 Johanne Hatfield and Steven Lovern assumed the Board seats previously vacated by Peter Hsieh and Jay Huang. Steven Lovern was appointed CEO and Johanne Hatfield was appointed Secretary.
