I'd say it's pretty much official. Time of death 10/2014. Phones off. Web site dead for months. Facebook page inactive as well. No financials. No news. New CFO with nothing to say or offer just like the last time. Doubt he's real like most of the MRIB tall tales. Hard to come up with anything that would say MRIB is in business. Stock is at par and still being dumped. That tells me the insiders know it's dead as well.
