my definition of a shell is when a pink sheet stock is and has been on the gray sheets for years ....there is no info on the stock symbol. doesnt trade for years...then a company moves into the ticker symbol. i dont think sanp is a shell company....didnt sanp do a reverse stock split some years ago? under the same symbol? and it was the same mining company?
