It varies. With a very low float play a low # is fine. On the other hand if it is a play with a 2 billion Outstanding shares then 20 trades would be super low.

Like for instance, HWICQ has moved huge in 3 weeks on a total volume of around 10 million total in 3 weeks. That is a low float play. On the other hand, other plays need maybe 300 trades or 1000 and 200 million in volume to move a tick.

It's all relative to the float #
