Spec, I think ERHC (and their partners) has a pretty good idea what IS 'down there' - ballpark figures, if you will. The 3D seismic is pretty revealing when coupled with CVX's drilling results, which has been shared. Of course a potential suitor would 'balk' at the astronomical figures.

But you know what? It will never be cheaper than it is right now. Just like our sp.
