VitaminFizz by no means is a healthy product.. The UK version had to have warning labels on it for some of the ingredients..

I will say when I first saw what was in there I was disappointed, as it is just another chemical concoction..

With that being said, it does taste good, and it uses the same stuff as all the others, but remember it is NOT good for you..
