I went to the Aegis conference in Vegas to watch the presentation.

Armondo the acquisitions guy is a seasoned professional, I spoke with him about the company and It looks like they just started doing the road show but their sole focus is this new acquisition strategy and cash flow.

The marquee company is paying down debt aggressively and the company is a great cash flow company. It's worth mentioning that he said the company never lost money, not even in 08' and 09'

The guy said they are following warren buffets footsteps of buying companies with cheap bank debt.
