There is no doubt a very large acquisition is being completed by NESV, and the one announced in the PR is not the only one I hear.

Because of the size of the transaction, which is much larger than NES as the Company stands today, it has taken and enormous amount of time and capital to complete the pre-closing process, six months to be exact."
You can down play this any way you want, but you need to learn to buy on the cheap and sell at its peak! NESV is on the cheap right now! Anybody selling down here is crazy, smart money is buying.
