Crude Oil setting up for a breakout!!

My futures Broker and many Investor friends believe Oil will climb back into the $70's at the end of 1st quarter, and stay there.

NESV better hurry up and get these acquisitions done as oil is headed north! I think they are right and so do most analyst!
