PB, I see you as an ally, not an adversary. Many here as a fact.
I'm not beating you or the stock... Just was trying to evaluate the "risk" potential of those extra shares and initially making sure longs knew what was filed.

I do have frustration with John. I know when he puts out a plan that doesn't come together, and then it's 4th down and 8 to go you/he will have to punt.... He punted.... No risk to him.........but risk to every shareholder.

This stock right now is illiquid. One big holder wanting out can break it down. It should recover but it will put investors on the sideline for a time or give those that exit there a loss, or a chance to avg down.
Once John uses shares as cash or credit they are out of his control and usually get cashed in.. It happened in the summer on appx 400M new shares....but I avg'd down big at that time.

I am not following IGEX other than being on IHUB and OTC studying another stock.
I am hoping you guys do well here.... Not beating y'all up, not wanting PPS down for a re-entry....
You holders are experienced, you will make good decisions.... Good luck on this one...
