Do you know what OS was at the time when you talked to him?
There is no reason yet to think that he lied.. if note holder converts at typical 50% discount of the lowest pps within last 20 days, he could convert as low as @0.008..
That almost 100M of shares for $80k..
I didn't look into filings. Are there terms for this note?
There could be one or two more red days here imo.. also dilutor may hold on for longer to the last load of shares as well for higher pps and not dump right away..
TA is ungagged so we can keep eye on it daily .. it's not the end of the world yet imo
