At the time O neil and anderson decided to join, despite them seeing all available material, it seemed like a crazy enterprise...now its astounding how perfectly they kept things under control, running and expanding....almost breathtaking....was it really an experiment or is their determination and experience just underestimated by us...esp Oneil doesn't need a bend in his resume, neither money nor just another cool CEO ship - if he really does something remarkable here that will give him the edge over thousands of other successful CEOs and could make it into the history books of business turnarounds...and IMO this is what he conciously is up to
