I don't know what's so special about the July 5th prognostication. The only possible 'news' that could be tied to the 5th would be a comprehensive update by CVX of the great potential of Obo-1, report of drilling rig access, PSC's announced for Bl 5 and/or Bl 6, resolution of the EEL/ERHC block choice conflicts in the EEZ ... or the posting of the Shareholders Letter, me thinks - but I believe we'll see that this week.

A buyin/buyout will not happen until there is some clarity on the legal/liability issues with the DOJ. The company is getting copies of their files returned (IMHO) so it is back to business as usual. But with a difference ..... upward momentum.
