Actually, its not inside information. The agreement must be fully disclosed and filed with the SEC. Any part of the agreement the company wants to treat as confidential, it must petition and receive approval from the SEC to do so.

If such an event did take place, a form CT Order would be filed with Edgar indicating such. No such form CT Order has been filed
