I just e-mailed IR these questions - will call in 1 hour... I wanted to give her a chance to see what we are asking.... Will respond back later..

1) Have the new Diabetic Products started shipping? If so, why hasn't there been a follow up PR to update investors? In the Public company world, investors want the company to follow through on announcements that are SEC filed or PR'd, to keep investors updated


2) Is Praxsyn planning to attend any Investor Conferences?


3) When will the Mesa website be up and running?

4) Monthly updates via the e-mail link we signed up for... When will those start?

5) Will there be an Earnings PR on the same day the 10Q is filed?

6) Are there any plans for a share buyback, now that the price is so low, to keep the price from falling below .01 and losing OTCQB status?

7) Can we expect some major updates from the company between now and year end?
