Curious as to where and when he promised a PR in 10 workdays

Presumably though his usual NDA/ex-NDA proxy on the forum? Sorry, I haven't kept up on the last 10 work day promise made, suggested, or obfuscated on this forum.

Rather, trying to figure out what a Porter work day is in length, might be beneficial. Logic tells me a Porter work day is 1*10**-3 secs in length. Which leads to the fitting possibility any promise Porter makes directly (or through proxy) in a time frame is over before it begins. Doesn't matter if it's 10 days or...90 days. Don't know why I brought up 90 days... there's something about that number...
