Ummmmmmm you don't need to have a prior case #1. #2 If you think after a decision of damage has been determined by the court and SEC that in turn the Micro cap companies won't immediately begin civil litigation against IR you would be WRONG!!! The SEC decision stops the IR/Dragonox agreement and most importantly opens the door and paves the way for damages to be recouped through a civil suit trial. But................ You knew all this. Nothing better than trying to blur the reality of things. Reality - the SEC shutting down IR/Dragonox is nothing but damn fantastic news for MTVX!!!!!!!! In every way possible. I don't care for Troy's decision making but that doesn't make rain not wet. It is what it is. A great opportunity for retribution on IR awaits MTVX!! Anger doesn't change that.
