There isn't any dumping as only 18K have been traded thus far. It looks like some investors dump it this morning who bought yesterday hoping for a quick score. I emailed Penny Dream and they said they spoke with management again this morning and they confirmed that there isn't any dumping going on and news is coming over the next couple of weeks.
