In the beginning what you've said could be possibly considered. Not now. She is entirely and completely complicit and 100% responsible for extending and maintaining the fraud. Are others or have others been involved "lurking in the shadows"? Without a doubt but trying to allot blame and/or move it away from the person sitting at the head of the table is specious at best. If anything I'd simply refer to the others as accomplices aiding and abetting Margrit in carrying out this obvious scam from Zodiac Brands to Eco Investments. We all know Margrit is uneducated and dumber than a bag of rocks and could have never ever pulled this scam off on her own but to say others are responsible to any degree is absurd. There's not a single aspect of MRIB that she was not advised on or requested to act on that was not known to her. She carried out her fraudulent acts with intent and full knowledge in a willful fleecing of public investors.
