New shareholders are arriving as I type and can be seen in the prior message. There currently is a PP of 2 million and the Magna line of credit is not toxic IMHO . We need 9.75 million to fund NEvada and Magna has been in effect for 11 weeks and the share price has declined from .13 to .09 . We don't know how much funding has been received so far , except for the rumor hear that there is enough funding to get the three dispensaries up and running by that nationwide builder .

We could easily see .05 a share...... but knowing that price is caused by financing does not disturb this investor at all, in fact it allows me to gain further shares for down the road......

My timetable of cashing in is 2020..........
