Intel said its client sales were down 7% YoY while Gartner said PC
sales were down 7.7% and IDC said PC sales were down 10.8%.

The only way to reconcile Intel and Gartner is that AMD took a
beating and the only way to reconcile Intel and IDC is that AMD
took a severe beating. I guess we can leave it to AMD to report
which kind of beating it took in a week or so.
