It's really quite straight forward at this point. They dug this company a big hole with toxic debt, dilution, and silence on the detail behind both those issues. They have also failed to provide clarity on a whole host of other issues. The stock will remain exactly where it is until they show they have addressed those issues. I don't believe that level of detail is coming anytime soon. Issuing PR's with no detail other than words like "prestigious", "flagship", "world renown" and "significant revenue increase" will do nothing. JMO.
